Tier One rating should mean Tier One facilities

Soap dispensers are kaput or unfilled. Paper towel holders are regularly either broken or empty. Waste bins hold overflowing garbage that spills out onto the floor. Cockroaches stealing the halls; it gets worse at night.
Apparently, this does not arrest students from using the bathrooms — far from it.
Most days the level of the men’s and women’s bathrooms are slick with urine and covered with spotted toilet paper. Sometimes even clothing and food are thrown around. It is enough to make connection stops look sanitary.
The filthiness is not confined to the UC-Helper. It is in the Science and Engineering Classroom Building, Agnes Arnold Passage and most of the restrooms in the M.D. Anderson Memorial Library as well. That’s only the beginning of a lengthy list.
This is not meant to disgust or offend anyone; it is merely a frank representation of the state of campus facilities. We are not trying to say the subsistence staff is responsible, either. After the current budget went into achieve, 11 maintenance positions were eliminated.

No Peyton Manning , no predicament for the Pittsburgh Steelers ! Right?

This Sunday's trade marks the first trip to Lucas Oil Field for the Steelers, and Mike Tomlin 's troupe will hope to deliver a better result than the franchise's above-mentioned first game at an Indianapolis venue. In that 1984 fling at the Hoosier Dome, the Steelers blew a 13-0 fourth forgiveness lead and lost 17-16.
Much has changed in over 25 years. Heck, so much has changed for the Colts in the last six weeks!
The two teams have split their past two contests, including an epic 21-18 Steelers kurfuffle over Indianapolis (2006) and a Peyton Manning touchdown dated in 2008 to complete a 24-20 comeback victory at Heinz Competitors.
Unlike those two games, the Steelers defense will not have the stress of playing against the All Pro Manning, whose surgical issues terrorize to compromise his season or career.
