Hi, Could anyone please recommend filter free cool mist humidifiers (3-4 gallon). I am sick of replacing hard to find filters of my holmes humidifier.

Nope. I got tired of the white dust from a cool mist and went back to a Holmes. The trick with them is to buy the filters on line and off season so there are plenty available.

I have never owned one but the cost for the trivial mass of air it can handgrip seems very sybaritic. The largest element has a faculty of 210 CFM and costs almost $1500. That is a very spaced out expenditure. They say that will mask 2800 sq ft but I incredulity that. By juxtaposition 210 CFM of air conditioning is as likely as not talented for about 500 sq ft in the unexceptional poorhouse.
