15-minute chef: Ginger Minted Chicken

1/2 cup down non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1/2 tablespoon chopped up to date ginger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon organize coriander
Pinch of cayenne
2 6-ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups microwaveable brown rice
For garnish:
2 sprigs new mint (optional)
Mix yogurt, mint, ginger, onion, garlic, coriander and cayenne together. Distance visible fat from chicken. Add chicken to yogurt mixture and marinate 15 minutes, turning once. Stimulate broiler. Line a baking tray with foil.
Grill chicken on top shelf about 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes per side. A grub thermometer should read 165 degrees. Watch to sanction sure chicken doesn't burn.
Make brown rice according to include instructions. Measure 1 1/2 cups and save surviving rice for another meal. Divide rice between two dinner plates and give out chicken on top. Add a sprig of fresh mint as a garnish.

"The difficulty is imbalance in the American diet. We get omega 6s but not enough omega 3s. Both are needed, omega-3 thins the blood and omega- 6s thickens it which is needed to clot blood in an wrong," Stebner explained.
Processed foods—snacks, cookies, etc, and expeditious food consumed now—have lots of omega 6s. As we gulp down more and more, our diets have become less healthy. The benefits of omega 3s, now generally recognized, have become a marketing medium for food manufacturers who add them to other products. Lowering the risk of sincerity disease, inflammation, and other diseases; and positive effects on intellect health are just a few of the very real benefits of omega 3s.
“My idea is adding omega 3s to food is not ideal, although I’m not opposed to it. It’s smarter to eat foods that are by nature rich in omega 3s, like flax seed, salmon and soy beans. In most cases, nutriment with added omegas are usually processed. But some omegas are better than no omegas” Stebner said.
