Several American Legion and VFW posts have a dozen or so burnt out elements in their 35-cup coffee pots. My friends were wondering if they can be reworked. Does someone fix up any old units? Or, can some parts be purchashed?
As a rule the elements cant be repaired or replaced. Because they are a sealed element, it is impairitive that they do not escape electricity and electrocute anyone who touches the coffee maker.
Best to just shirt-can the whole possession and look for Bunn cofee makers. By far the Best in the job.
