how do i achieve an antique look
well-intentioned of brown /goldish color?

Any chance I paint something glass I start out with the spray on automobile primer (that red looking benevolent)...that makes the paint cling tight. I would put the unsullied on first and then put a yellow/brown glaze over the top and spray with poly...of definitely, this will have to be carefully wiped down to be cleaned...not put in water and washed....be convinced of it or not, you can spray plastic with this and make it hold paint too..I have had excellent success with this primer and painting stuff!!!! It is dazzling! I purchased 2 Chinese "lions" made of the encumbered plastic stuff to go at my front door...I sprayed them with the primer and painted them to look like Cinnabar...trimmed out to with "gold" and "floozie" and then sprayed them over with some poly...my goodness...the effect is wonderful!!!!
