"We had musts," said Terese. "We wanted a bedroom, a bathroom and a m room-entertainment area."
"We kind of wanted a standing for media, TVs," said Charles. "It all kind of came together."
So well that their son, C.J., moved in after college and stayed a while.
The 1,100-right-angled-foot space includes a bedroom with bath and closet, an irritate room and an open family room with a bar area that accommodates what got them together in the first go up in the world -- a pool table.
Their first date included a contest of billiards.
"She came over to my house and we played pool," said Charles, 54, who works at Scott Air Pressure Base's Air Mobility Command headquarters.
"He was going to guide me," said Terese with a knowing smiling. "I had my own pool edibles."
"She let me win the first couple times," said Charles. "When we got to her table, it was spirited face on then."
Now, they play for bragging rights.
Kitchen first
Three years ago, the Langdons had Fulford Native Remodeling in Swansea upgrade the 10-year-old caboose of their 2,400-square-foot home. Granite countertops, a stovetop with inset oven and duty cabinet trim added pizzazz.
