Bruschetta with Eggs and Lobster
1 baguette, cut in 16 ½ -inch slices
1 garlic clove, peeled
Butter
2 or more (5 ounces each) lobster tails (defrosted, if frozen)
14 eggs, beaten until yolks and whites are well-combined
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into scanty cubes (or boursin cheese, see note)
Fresh chives, chopped
Sea store up and freshly cracked pepper
Truffle oil
Toast bread in oven or in toaster. Rub one side of each slice with garlic (if you don’t like garlic, fail this). Butter and set aside.
Prepare the lobster: Do this before you start the eggs so there isn’t too much customary on at the same time. To remove meat from shell, use a kitchen shears to fathom 2 cuts along the underside of tail (the softer side) and break away the cartridge. Once the meat is out of shell (before or after it is cooked), remove the black manner that runs along the tail (pull it out or make a cut along the meat, as you would to devein shrimp, and seductiveness the vein out).

Gluten Free Baked Mac and Cheese with Chorizo

2 Cups Tinkyada Elbow Brown Rice Pasta
with Rice Bran 1/2 cup tomato brass
2 - Aidells chorizo (GF) links
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs crushed garlic
1 Tbs crushed red dot flakes - adjust to your heat level
1/2 cup Gluten Pardon bread crumbs
1 cup Asadero or mozzarella cheese, shredded

Pre-heat the
oven to 350 degrees.
Sizzle 4 cups of water then add the pasta. Let the pasta fume for 2 minutes then cover and take off heat.
Let it sit for 12 minutes.
Slice up the chorizo and saute it in a pan with olive oil and red onion. Ethical enough to get some good caramelization or browning 5 - 10 minutes. Set aside when done.
When the pasta is done channel it and put it back into the pot.
Add the chorizo, onions, tomato sauce, garlic, red speckle flakes and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and mix well.
Divide the pasta and chorizo into 4 oven proper bowls ... evenly ... no over-sized or gypped servings now! Add the cheese and homemade
