A regular meeting of the Common Congregation of the City of Hot Springs, South Dakota, was convened on September 19, 2011 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Mueller Center with Mayor Don De Vries presiding.
Members Backsheesh: Mayor Don De Vries, Carl Atchley, Joseph Bartolome, Raymond Ecoffey, Wes Grimes, Craig Romey, Carolann Schwarzenbach and Dwight Wynia.
