I used to work in a deli, and have always wanted a commercial grade slicer. I have tried other models but this is the closest I have found. The ONLY thing i don’t like about it is that it should be slanted to gravity feed items.
It worked right out the box, sliced a brisket beautifully, oranges almost paper thin for candying, and sliced bread with no crumbs.
I highly recommend this for anyone that wants a high quality home slicer. But it will not nor is not designed to slice frozen foods, NO slicer is, even commercial ones. That requires a band saw, not a slicer
