The Cuisinart Elite Amassment 16 Cup Food Processor has exceptional power and capacity for ease and versatility. The video will discipline you about ...

This is a great all-round kitchen appliance but if you can find it get the "Limited Edition Metal 14-Cup Food Processor" instead. That model is more versatile and looks more durable too: it has die-cast metal housing and looks really cool on the counter top. I seat mine next to my "Vit-Mix Super 5000" Blender. If the ability to swap bowls is a deal breaker for you then get the Elite model. The Limited Edition has powerful but quiet motor. The dough blade is metal as opposed to the plastic used for the Elite model. It is nothing short of an engineering marvel. I don't know why Amazon does not have it on their product list anymore but you can still get it directly from Cuisinart website. Cuisinart's 20 yrs warranty on either machine would give you an idea of their quality. Get either one and you would not regret it.
The Cuisinart Elite CollectionTM 14-Cup Food Processor delivers the next big innovation for the modern kitchen. With 11- and 4½-cup work bowls nested inside the 14-cup bowl, plus the adjustable 6-position slicing disc and reversible shredding disc, it provides home chefs with multiple food processors in one! The exclusive SealTightTM Advantage System is designed to deliver maximum bowl capacity and clean processing and pouring. No other processor does it better!
