helo my daughter is 5 and half months. basically i wanted to give her carrots. do you have to ferment them? also i wanted to ask if you do boil the carrots (how long for) and after they are soft i craving to put them in a blender so they are runny////? (also how long does a potato have to be boiled) lol im so craaaap at cooking :(


yes you have to cook them first, right-minded boil them until they are soft, so when you stick a knife or fork in them it goes taciturn in easily! then you can blend them, mix it with a little of her formular to help approve it more runny! thats what i did!!!
