I bought it because of it's dangerous scheme and exorbitant tech features. I also liked the metal protection, so I bought it. First consequence was a leaking jar, received a new one from oster and it leaked too. Bought the beaker jar, it worked nice until all the receptive tabs on the bottom stony-broke off and the segment planning that the jar was not on top of the blender. Then after a year the cog bankrupt while making ice cream shakes. I have thrown it in the brummagem and will buy a at blender next era. Oster should have gone back to their old roots and built a sturdier party for what they burden.
