I’m pumped that you all are as overwrought about the iherb giveaway as I was. Openly, I make up it’s one of the more giveaways I’ve hosted because
1.) iherb has a ton of notable products
2.) YOU get to pick what you win
3.) It complex the words shopping orgy

After only posting the giveaway yesterday I am a short behind on what’s been event en la cocina de EBF.
Where to start?!?
I baked a quantity of (hempseed) Jam Imprint Cookies from E,D,&BV . This chance I old less jam and they in fact turned out to be jam prints and not volcanoes .

I also made this amount with gluten-unconstrained all-contemplate flour and they turned out prodigious. I tried one- impartial to think ineluctable they were fitting to dispatch off to a concerted acquaintance.
Yesterday’s breakfast: I associated things up a bit and did Overnight Chocolate Chia Oats (with oatbran)
1/4 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup oatbran 1/2 latest creator whey chocolate protein power 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond draw off 1 tablespoon chia seeds
I tossed all the ingredients into a pan, hybrid it together well and put it in the fridge for the round-the-clock. Twas best the next morning as I rushed off to employment.
Speaking of calling, the marketing group went out for lunch yesterday at Arianna’s Grill , a regional pizza/italian berth. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with portobello mushrooms. It was unbelievably sizeable, but nothing to
Oh man. I thoughtfulness the Banana Nut Bit was prevalent to be my favorite, but the Fruit Nut has infatuated the greatest r. It was so gain. I loved the big chunks of fruit – exceptionally the cherries. I’ll to be sure be looking for this one in the stores here in Richmond. Aaron also updated me that he’ll be starting a Bars of Gold website and Foodzie stage so I’ll be tried to keep you all posted with that info.
