Buy a very lean beef roast. slice into thin strips.
I mix 1 bottle soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 small onion, and 1 clove garlic.
Mix all ingrediants together, and then place sliced thin strips of meat in mixture. cover annd let soak in refrigerator over night.
place thin strips in dehydrator and dehydrate until the meat is to the desired consistancy usually 6-8 hours.
if you like spicy jerky, you get a bottle of crushed red pepper spice and sprinkle on each piece of meat after you place it in the dehydrator.
